Peewiglet  > Food > Chicken in coriander, garlic and chilli marinade
This is only for fun, btw: I'm just playing with my new camera. Still, it's a very simple marinade that I've been making quite often recently for chicken breasts. Ultra-yummy, and very healthy too :)

Peewiglet > Sprinkle some coriander seeds into a heavy-bottomed frying pan and heat them for... well, I'm not sure, but I generally do about 30 seconds, making sure not to burn them.
Peewiglet > Pop the coriander seeds into a little mortar...
Peewiglet > ...and grind them up with a pestle.
Peewiglet > Take some garlic, and peel it. I like garlic so I use a couple of cloves, but use as much or as little as you think you'll enjoy.
Peewiglet > Chop up the garlic nice and fine.
Peewiglet > Take some chilli flakes...
Peewiglet > ...and some freshly ground pepper...
Peewiglet > ...and just a little bit of olive oil, to bind it all into a paste...
Peewiglet > ...and then mix them together in a bowl.
