Hedgerow Jelly : Yum! Another lovely recipe from Pam Corbin's book of Preserves.

It's possible to use all sorts of things, but on this occasion I used blackberries, crab apples and rose hips. Although the quantities didn't produce a great deal of jelly, it actually tastes really lovely. I'll be making some more :)

Hawthorn Ketchup : More camera practise, this time using Pam Corbin's wonderful recipe for Hawthorn Ketchup from the River Cottage Handbook No.2: Preserves.

This is precious to me, because when my sister and I went to scatter our mother's ashes in the woods last May we saw these hawthorn bushes flowering, and that's why I chose those particular bushes yesterday.

Chicken in coriander, garlic and chilli marinade : This is only for fun, btw: I'm just playing with my new camera. Still, it's a very simple marinade that I've been making quite often recently for chicken breasts. Ultra-yummy, and very healthy too :)
